Lily Louie Moy

June 30, 1917 - February 4, 2019

Born to Louie Sing and Toy Shee in San Francisco, California.  

One of twelve children living on Commercial Street in San Francisco’s Chinatown.

Education included Francisco Junior High School and Galileo High School.

Married and cherished by the late Howard Seung Moy, Senior.

Beloved mother of Sandra Jung (fiancé, James Murray), Carol Quan, Howard Moy, Junior (Pearl) and Dr. Jeffrey Moy (Margie).

Adored Pau-Pau/Yin-Yin of eight grandchildren and Bok-Bok to nine great grandchildren:  Tiffany (Paul Murray), Nicholas; Michelle (Gregory Schaal), Jonah, Lily; Katina (Marco Ching), Brandon, Bethany;  Kyle Quan; Erich Moy (Diana),  Derich, Lana; Taryn (Eddy Ng), Alison, Ethan;  Merisa Moy and Jacob Moy.

Also, survived by baby sister, Sylvia Chew, of Danville and many nieces and nephews.

One of the original foodies.  Hobbies included traveling, family-friendly poker and mahjong.

Long-time Chinatown business owner.

In lieu of flowers, donation to favorite charities preferred.
