Obituary for Muriel H. Peifer

Helen M. Peifer, 98, (nee Parry), of Aldan, died February 1st 2019 at home. Born and raised in Philadelphia, she worked as a teacher's aide in the Upper Darby School district. A longtime resident of Upper Darby she moved to Aldan 6 years ago. Helen enjoyed following her son's activities especially their sporting events; was known for her famous cheesecakes and in later years enjoyed crossword puzzles and game shows. Wife of the late Elmer, who died in 1993, she is survived by her four sons and their wives, Lew and Barb, Glenn and Denise, George,  Ken and Irene Peifer and five grandchildren. Her funeral service and burial was private at Arlington Cemetery. Arrangements were by the Toppitzer Funeral Home. Condolences : www.Arlingtoncemetery.us
