Obituary for Nancy Weldon

Obituary - Nancy  (nee Dearie ) Weldon, 86, of Holy Family Home, died June 23, 2018 at Cape Regional Medical Center in Cape May Courthouse NJ.. Born and raised in Richardson Park, DE she was a graduate of Conrad High School. Nancy raised her family in Folcroft and later lived in the Andorra section of the city, where she was a member of IHM Parish. Nancy moved to Holy Family Home in 2011, where she was active and volunteered in the business office. Devoted to family, her world revolved around her grandchildren. Always one to put others first, Nancy will be remembered as a loving wife, Mom and Mom Mom. The wife of the late Joseph, who died in 1991, Survivors: include her children, Patricia (Chris) Burgess, Thomas (Trish) Weldon and Donna (James) Kelly; grandchildren, Jimmy, Jess, Lindsay, Olivia, Angel, Ashley and Craig; great-grandchildren, Reese, Ryleigh, Jacob and Nathan.

Service: Funeral Mass will be 10:30 Friday, June 29, 2018, at Holy Family Home, 5300 Chester Ave., Phila., PA 19143, where friends may call after 9:30 am

Interment: Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA 19428

Contributions: in lieu of flowers contributions to Holy Family Home, would be preferred
