Obituary for David C Burgess
David Cam Burgess, 71, passed away March 8, 2018. He was born January 23, 1947 in Akron, the son of the late Benjamin and Theresa Burgess.
He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He will always be remembered as a devoted father and grandfather, who was generous and kind.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Karen and Gary Burgess. He is survived by his children, Phillip (Audri) Burgess, Erin Burgess, Jason Pullin, and David S. (Traci) Burgess; grandchildren, Kiya, Lilliawna, and Marissa Burgess, Jason Basinger and Aubree Burgess.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Adams Mason Funeral Home, (791 East Market Street), where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, March 15, 2018. Interment Mount Peace Cemetery, where military rites will be performed by Firestone VFW Post #3358. Adams Mason, 330-535-9186
