Obituary for Richard A Howland
Richard A, Howland, 81, of Collingdale, PA, died March 2, 2018 at home. Born and raised in Pawtucket, he had been a resident of Collingdale for almost 50 years. Dick was a Painting Contractor and an avid golfer who played regularly at Karakung. He also enjoyed the company of his cats and doing jigsaw puzzles. A U. S. Air Force veteran, his service was during the Korean conflict.
Survivors: include his children, Susan (Dan) Laskowski, Sharon Howland, David Howland, Robert (Mari Beth) Howland and Virginia (Steve) Lux, Brother, Donald Harrop, 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren
Visitation begins 1PM, followed by his Funeral Service 2PM Fri. at Toppitzer’s at Arlington, 2900 State Rd., Drexel Hill 19026
Burial- Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, PA.
Contributions: in his memory to Providence Animal Shelter; 555 Sandy Bank Rd.,Media, PA 19063, would be preferred
