Obituary for Milton C. Berryman

Milton C. Berryman, 80, of Topton, died Sunday, February 25, 2018, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the widower of Darlene F. (Schadler) Berryman who died June 13, 2013.  Born in Red Hill, Montgomery County, he was a son of the late Milton S. Berryman and Bessie (Bower) Gracely. Milton was employed as a custodian for East Penn Manufacturing Company, Lyon Station, for many years until his retirement in 2008.  Milton enjoyed stock car races, Philadelphia sports and playing pool.

Milton is survived by daughters, Tracie L. (Berryman), wife of Michael D. Milbut, Oley, and Doretta K. (Berryman), wife of Richard A. Hein, Topton. Other survivors include a sister, Helen Berryman; brothers, Jimmy Berryman, Trexlertown and Henry Berryman, Eastover, NC. There are also five grandchildren, Steven S. Hein, Jeffrey M. Milbut, Christina L. Hein, Shannon M. (Hein) wife of Justin E. Hoch, Sr., and Kara L. Milbut. There is also a great grandson, Justin E. Hoch, Jr.  Milton was predeceased by a sister Ann (Berryman) Herman, a brother, William Berryman, and great grandchildren, Annabelle M. Hein and Mark A. Weaver.

A funeral service to celebrate Milton's life will be held Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. in Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, with Reverend Alton R. Zentner officiating.  Interment will follow in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Fleetwood. Relatives and friends are invited to call Saturday, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home.
