Obituary for Roberta Mary Bauer

Roberta M. (nee Norris) of King of Prussia and formerly of Havertown, PA passed away on February 12, 2018 after a brief illness. She is the beloved wife of the late Harold R. “Hal” Bauer, Sr. Devoted mother of Jennifer Kravitz (James) and Harold R. Bauer, Jr. (Karen). She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren, Jenna, Justin, Harold Richard 3rd, Caroline and Stanley, as well as her siblings, Nancy Kwiatowski, Christine Giordano and Michael Norris.

A graduate of Bishop Shanahan High School and Delaware County Community College, “Bobbie” worked for many years at Sanofi Pharmaceuticals. Upon retirement, she spent countless hours at each of her children’s homes looking after her grandkids and helping in any way possible. Before her formal diagnosis, she could be found volunteering every Saturday at 6AM at a soup kitchen in Norristown and every Thursday at Paoli hospital.

Relatives and friends are invited to  Mass of Christian Burial on February 17 in the Annunciation B.V.M Church (401 Brookline Blvd, Havertown, Pa. 19083) at 12:30 PM.

Interment will take place in Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, PA.
