Obituary for MAREK STAROSCIAK

He was the husband of Teresa (Starzyk) Starosciak, whom he married June 11, 1988.

Born in Dabrowa Tarnowska, Poland, on March 27, 1961, he was a son of Wladyslaw and Jadwiga (Zietara) Starosciak.

Marek attended a technical school in Poland.

He was a member of Holy Guardian Angels Church.

Marek worked for Can Corporation as a mechanic for over 30 years.

He was an all-around handyman and loved helping people and working in his garage, but above all he loved spending time with his beloved wife and children.

Surviving in addition to his wife are his two children, Robert and Sylvia Starosciak, of Temple.

Also surviving are his brothers, Zbigniew Starosciak, of Muhlenberg Twp.; Janusz Starosciak and his wife, Bozena, of Shillington; and his sister, Grazyna, wife of Ed Kochmanski, of Mohnton.

A viewing will be held Friday from 7:00-9:00 p.m. in the Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. at Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church, 3121 Kutztown Road, Reading, PA 19605.

Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery.
