Obituary for Rev. Harry Richardson

Pastor Harry C. Richardson, age 83, husband of the late Audry Hastings Richardson, and resident of Seymour, entered into eternal rest Nov. 18. He was born in Conway, New Hampshire on Jan. 13, 1934, son of the late George and Bernice Merrill Richardson. He graduated from Kennett High School in North Conway, New Hampshire and The New Brunswick Bible Institute in Woodstock, New Brunswick. Pastor Harry spent seven years as pastor to two churches in Maine, and has been pastor of The Evangelical Baptist Church on Franklin St. in Ansonia since 1967. He leaves his daughter Robin Hotchkiss and son-in-law Don of Oxford, CT, son David Richardson and daughter-in-law Karen of Pittsburgh, PA, sister Penny Kimball of Conway, New Hampshire, his mother-in-law Olive Hastings of Bozrah, nine grandchildren Megan and Robert Hotchkiss of New Mexico, Donald Hotchkiss III of Seymour, Timothy Barham of Waco, TX, Lucas Hotchkiss of Oxford, and Corey, Jensen, Makaley and Kaden Richardson of Pittsburgh. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 25 at 10 a.m. from The Jenkins King & Malerba Funeral Home, 12 Franklin St., Ansonia. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
