Obituary for Warren O Reinhart

Warren O. Reinhart, 72, of Topton, passed away on Monday, October 16, 2017 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the long-time companion of Janice M. (Peiffer) Trumbauer, with whom he resided.

Born in Maxatawny Township, Warren was a son of the late Earnest F. and Grace A. (Guinther) Reinhart. He was a member of New Jerusalem Lutheran Church, Fleetwood, and was a graduate of Oley Valley High School. After graduation, Warren honorably and faithfully served his country in the United States Army. He attended technical school to learn the plumbing trade and later worked as a plumber at Moyer Plumbing and Heating, Kutztown, for 10 years, and for C.E. Shearer, Inc., Topton for many years. Warren was a member of Ray A. Master Post 217, American Legion, Topton, and Huguenot Lodge #377, F.&A.M., Kutztown. In his younger years, Warren was an avid soccer player and played with the Reading AMERKS, a premier league. He also coached soccer and baseball, enjoyed golfing, snowmobiling and water skiing. Warren always looked forward to family time, especially time spent with Janice's grandchildren, who he treated like his own. Even though Warren had his challenges, he still had a positive outlook on life and had a kind heart.

In addition to his Companion of 20 years, Janice, Warren is survived by a Son, Josh C., husband of Jan S. (Knerr) Reinhart, Heber City, UT; Janice's Children, Connie M. (Trumbauer) Metzger, Center Valley, and Brian R. Trumbauer, Topton; and Janice's 6 Grandchildren. He is also survived by his Sisters, Jeannette F. (Reinhart), wife of George J. DeLong, Fleetwood, Nancy L. (Reinhart), wife of Joseph E. Klick, Auburn, Cheryl A. (Reinhart), wife of Robert G. Spayd, Wingate, NC, and Betty J. (Reinhart), wife of Richard D. Price, Fleetwood. Warren was predeceased by his Parents, 2 Children, Ryan O. and Jacqueline R. Reinhart, both in infancy; 2 Sisters, Dolores D. (Reinhart) Conrad and Debora J. Reinhart; a Brother, Steven A. Reinhart; and Janice's Son, Ronald C.A. "Butch" Trumbauer.

A memorial service to celebrate Warren's life will be held on Monday, October 23, 2017 at 10:00 AM in Ludwick Funeral Homes, Inc., 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, with Reverend Ruth F. Doty, officiating. Burial, with military honors provided by Ray A. Master Post 217, American Legion Honor Guard, Topton, and The Pennsylvania Military Honor Guard, Annville, will follow in New Jerusalem Union Cemetery, Fleetwood (Rockland Township). Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 AM in the funeral home.

The family requests contributions be made in Warren's memory to New Jerusalem Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, 27 Lyons Road, Fleetwood, PA  19522. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
