Obituary for Edna Cole
Edna Mae Cole, 82, made her heavenly transition on April 6, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.Edna Mae was born and raised in Tribbet, Miss. Edna attended to her family and served her community for many years in home health care. She was a member of Prince of Peace Missionary Baptist Church where she praised and worshipped our Lord and Savior. Not one to complain, she would smile and sing hymns throughout the night. Edna Mae surely will be missed.Edna Mae was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Willie Sr. and Malissa Scott; husband, James R. Cole; one brother and four sisters.She is survived by sons, Michael and Jeffrey Cole of Akron, Ohio; and a host of step children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, cousins, special friends, and family.Friends may call on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. (noon) at Prince of Peace Missionary Baptist Church, 844 Garth Ave., Akron, OH 44320.
