Obituary for Darlene L. Brown
Darlene L. Brown gained her wings to her heavenly home on April 1, 2017 at the age of 75.She was born in Milledgeville, Georgia and was a resident of Akron, Ohio.She was preceded in death by her parents, Posie and Eddie Ruth Foster; brothers, Posey Jr., and Leroy Fann. She leaves to forever cherish her loving memory her husband of 41 years, Charles Brown Jr.; daughter, Tina (Elvin) Butler; sons, Kent (Angela) Brown and Mark (Tiffany) Brown; sisters, Elaine (James) Brown, and Brenda Brown; special heart, Antoine (Milan) Brown; sister-in-law, Sandra (Steve) Wheeler; 11 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 12 p.m. at Rhoden Memorial Home, 1101 Palmetto Ave., Akron, Ohio 44306. Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of service, Rev. Ronald Allgood officiating. Interment at Mt. Peace Cemetery.
