Obituary for Opal Crum
Opal E. Crum, age 98, of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away Tuesday February 14, 2017 at the Monroe County Care Center. She was born February 13, 1919 at Jackson Ridge Monroe County Ohio a daughter of the late David & Dessie Mae Holtsclaw Yoss.
She was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Woodsfield. Opal loved her family and being a homemaker, and gardener, but what she enjoyed most of all was shopping.
She was preceded in death by her husband Clarence F. Crum in 2012 whom she married May 28, 1949, a brother Roy L. Yoss, and sisters Gladys Hall, and Dorothy Baker.
She is survived by one brother Leland Yoss of Palm Desert, California, and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 11a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. Friday February 17, 2017 at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home 100 S. Paul St. Woodsfield, Ohio with Pastor T.J. Milam officiating. Burial will be in the Green Haven Memorial Gardens Canfield, Ohio
