Obituary for Edith M. Seaman

 
Services for Edith M. (Bailey) Seaman, 93, of London, formerly of Kirtland, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, December 17, at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Avenue, Willoughby. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, December 16, at the funeral home. Born December 17, 1922, in Cleveland, she had lived in Kirtland since 1964. She moved to London to be near her daughter in November of 2014 and passed away December 11, 2016. She was a member of the former Immanuel Presbyterian Church in Cleveland until it closed, and transferred her membership to Wickliffe Presbyterian Church. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Willoughby Chapter 202 for over 70 years, and enjoyed playing the piano and organ at church. Mrs. Seaman was employed as a kitchen aide for Kirtland Public Schools. Survivors are her daughters, Dorothy (Ken) Morlock of London, Sue (Wes) Bell of Kirtland and Jane (Kevin) Bral of Franktown, Colo.; and grandchildren, Greg Bell, Joe Morlock and Anna Morlock. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Steve J. Seaman, on May 10, 2006.
