Obituary for Alma C Ostrander
Graveside services for Alma "Cindy" Ostrander will be held Friday, December 9, at 10:00 a.m. at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens, 11521 Chillicothe Road in Chesterland. Friends will be received from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio.
A lifetime Mentor resident, Cindy was born in Painesville on December 28, 1956, and passed away December 5, 2016, at her residence.
Cindy retired from Toys R Us in Mentor after 23 years of service. She enjoyed watching movies, baking and cooking. She also loved babies, dogs, plants and hummingbirds. She especially loved being at home with her family who was most important to her.
Cindy is survived by her husband, David, whom she married November 26, 1976; son, David (Tiffany) Ostrander Jr.; daughter, Tonya Ostrander; grandchildren, Thomas, Zachary and Tatianna Rafalke; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Anderson and Mary (Blair) Earl; brothers, William and Raymond Anderson; and sister, Mary Falin.
