Obituary for Maryann Hunt
MARYANN E. SVASTA HUNT AUSTINTOWN TOWNSHIP – Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at the Lane Family Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel for Maryann E. Svasta Hunt, 80, who passed away Thursday, Nov. 10, at her home. Maryann was born April 1, 1936, in Newton Falls, the daughter of John and Mary (Kusnir) Svasta.
She was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Maryann was a member of the West Austintown United Methodist Church, and her hobbies included cooking and baking. She leaves her husband of 41 years, Dennis Hunt, whom she married June 9, 1975; two children, Stephen (Sharon) Ilovsky of Youngstown and Teresa Petch of Boardman; two stepdaughters, Diane (Craig) Faucher and Charlene Hunt, both of Riverside, Calif.; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Besides her parents, Maryann was preceded in death by two brothers, Mike and John Svasta.
