Hazel Green On October 22 2016, Hazel Green made her transition home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at the age of 83. Home Going celebration will be held on Friday, October 28, 2016 at 12 noon at Rhoden Memorial Home 1101 Palmetto Ave., Akron, Ohio 44306.
