DENNIS LEWIS MORGAN SR
NILES – Dennis Lewis Morgan Sr., 75, formerly of Girard, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2016, at Autumn Hill Care Center.
Dennis was born Sept. 8, 1941, in Youngstown, the son of Albert and Josephine Scirrocco0 Morgan Sr.
Dennis retired from US Steel.
Dennis served his country in the Army.
Dennis was a member of the Bocce League, loved Elvis and collected albums. He is survived by his children, Deborah Morgan Campbell of Girard, Denise Morgan Luthern of Hubbard, and Dennis Morgan Jr. of Girard; sister Diana Magda of Girard; brother David Morgan of Girard; and grandchildren Justin Campbell, Melanie Luthern, Brittany Morgan, David Williams, Dani Lewis, and Dillon Morgan.
He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Rosemary Mazzella, whom he married in 1965, and who died in 2009; his brother, Albert Morgan Jr.; and his granddaughter, Veronica Luthern. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Oct. 22, 2016, at noon at the Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard.
