David Payne, Sr.
David Payne, Sr., departed this life May 2, 2016, in Las Vegas Nevada. He spent most of his life in Akron, Ohio, ultimately relocating to Las Vegas. He was a welder, retiring from Chrysler, and recently, a security officer.
He is survived by his sons, David Payne Jr. of Las Vegas, Matthew Payne of Alabama; daughters, Sandra Payne of Las Vegas, Cynthia Studstill of Detroit, Priscilla, and Tammy, both of Akron; brothers, Fletcher Payne, Milton (Jay) Payne; sisters, Beverly Payne, and Geraldine Payne; special nephew, and niece, Lawrence and Toni Payne; grandchildren, Arianna Payne, Velayne Payne, Richard Johnson, Johnnie Studstill, and Jerrad Studstill; other grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and other family and friends. Also a special thanks as well to the Shy family, dear friends.
Cremation and memorial services will be held in Las Vegas, and at a later date, his remains will be laid to rest at Mount Peace Cemetery in Akron, Ohio. Condolences can be sent to 4065 Planetary Lane, Las Vegas, NV, 89115.
