Obituary for Wilburt G Gross
Wilburt ""George"" Gross, age 81, of Chardon passed away May 13, 2016, at the Residence of Chardon. Born Jan. 26, 1935, in Conneaut, OH to Wilburt C. and Gladys (nee:Fisher) Gross, he had been a longtime area resident. He served in the US Army. George retired as a machinist for Kennemetal, Inc. He and his wife enjoyed travelling around the country on his motorcycle, fishing and especially his relationship with God through his church activities at Chardon Christian Fellowship. Survivors include his wife, Dagmar ""Dee"" (Nee: Lange) of Chardon; 2 sons, Kurt of Trenton, TN, and A.J. (Denise) of Ravenna, OH; 3 grandchildren, Robert (Kim) Ristimaki of Leroy, Kirsten (Charles) Thomas of Painesville Twp., and Liina (Jason) Harps of Mentor; 8 great grandchildren, Zach and Dominic Ristimaki, McKenna and Maia Thomas, Ben, Abby, Louie, and Gigi Harps; brother, Norman (Faye) of Conneaut.
