Nancy was the beloved wife to the late Newbill Shelton; dear mother of Dwain (Ginny) Shelton and Dana (Annette) Shelton; grandmother of Nathaniel (Renee), Benjamin, Ian and Dylan. Great-grandmother of Julia and Alice. Sister of Judy Moore of St.Clairsville, Ohio. Nancy was preceded in death by ten brothers and sisters.
