Obituary for John O. Jr. Conrad
John O. Conrad, 88, died March 23, 2016.
Born in Akron, he was a life resident of the area. John was a U.S. Marine veteran of World War II with service in China. He retired from National City Bank after 46 years of work. John loved to golf and was a fan of the Michigan Wolverines.
Preceded in death by his wives, Sarah and Marylin; he is survived by his son, Curt (Amy) Conrad; daughters, Terrie Conrad, Barbara (Tom) Milan and Patricia (James) Zucco and their families; grandchildren, John III, Carrie, Curt Jr., Matthew, Morgan, Katy, David, Jena and eight great-grandchildren.
At his request, there are no calling hours or services. Private inurnment at Chestnut Hill Memorial Park.
