Richard "Dick" Lee Price, 77 passed away peacefully, Wednesday afternoon, Nov. 5, 2014 at Hospice house.
Mr. Price was born August 19, 1937 in Youngstown, a son of the late Lawrence and Jeanette (Stewart) Price. He was a graduate of South High School class of 1955. He had worked for Youngstown City Schools and United Engineering before he was an assembler at General Motors-Lordstown, for 29 years.
Surviving him is his wife the former Corinne Richards Zinz Price, whom he built a loving home with Nov. 30, 2002. His four children , Rick (Karen Coppersmith) Price of Lexington, KY, Karen (Ira) Keener of Naperville, IL, Jaynee (Arthur) Lonardo of Boardman and Denise (Stephen) Price of Poland. Stepchildren Janine (Jeff) Brown of Chantilly, VA, and Russell (Dana) Zinz of Austintown. He also leaves behind his brother, Thomas (Kathy) of Austintown; 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, all of whom loved him very much and will miss him just as much.
Preceding him in death are his parents, a brother Lawrence Price and nephew Jamie Price. Dick was a loving husband and father, who loved being with his family. He also enjoyed traveling, working in his yard and watching NASCAR. Services will be held Monday, 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Olivet Church in North Lima.
Friends may call Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Davis-Becker Funeral Home in Boardman and from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at Mt. Olivet Church.
