ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. -- William D. Deaton, 66, went to be with the Lord January 14, 2016. He was born in Akron on September 18, 1949 and was an Arlington Heights resident for 34 years.
William was an avid golfer and a member of the St. Mark Golf League.
He was the beloved husband of Rosemary Deaton nee Peterson; loving step father to Rosanne (Mathew) Myers and Michael Cathleen) Giannini; also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and sister, Linda Pearlman.
Friends may call one hour prior to a 6 p.m. funeral service on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44221. Interment Chestnut Hill Burial Park.
