Obituary for Ella M Taylor

Obituary

Died, at the residence of Mr. Charles Sprague in West Olathe on Tuesday, November 21st, Mrs. Ella Taylor, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, aged 28 years, 9 months and 19 days.

Mrs. Taylor was left an orphan, at Spring Hill in this county, when quite young, and was soon afterwards adopted by the family of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Sprague. Several years ago she married Mr. Ed. T. Taylor, a brother of Mr. Henry A. Taylor, of Olathe, and has since resided in Texas and Colorado and at other points in the west.

Her health bad been failing for some time and last month she came to Olathe with the hope that the change would prove beneficial; but she gradually grew worse and finally passed away from an attack of heart failure. She leaves three small children who are scarcely old enough to realize the great loss they have sustained.

The funeral services were conducted by Rev .A. V. Stout at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Sprague at 3 o''clock p. m. yesterday, November 22nd, after which her remains were laid to rest in Olathe cemetery, in the presence of a large number of sorrowing friends.
