Shirley (Busch) Nunn Obituary
Shirley Nunn (nee Busch, Burrow)
Shirley Nunn, born June 7, 1939 in Hensley, West Virginia, went to heaven October 31, 2015.
A 1957 graduate from Stow, Shirley worked for Stow schools as an administrative professional for 28 years. She began at the central office as a substitute, and went on to become secretary of Career Education at Workman. She then went to Lakeview and was promoted to building secretary. Next she moved to the new Stow high school, later returning to the central office to finish her career. Shirley touched many peoples lives in her work as well as her private life.
The oldest of five, Shirley can now join her siblings, parents, and late husband. She will be remembered as a loving mother to Steve Burrow and Donna Weaver, and grandmother to Gregory Weaver Jr. and Cassandra Weaver.
The family would like to thank all of her extended family, including the staff and residents, at the Regina Health Center for their kind and compassionate care.
Graveside service will be held Friday, November 6, 2015, 3:30 p.m., at Chestnut Hill Memorial Park (2613 Sackett Ave., Cuyahoga Falls). In lieu of flowers, please send donations to:
