CUYAHOGA FALLS -- Baby Lexis Journey DeRita died October 31, 2015.
Preceded in death by her grandmother, Juliette DeRita and great-grandfather, Eugene DeRita; she is survived by her parents, Chris R. DeRita and Kristen A. Lee; brother, Dominic DeRita; sister, Jersey-Rae DeRita; grandparents, Thomas and Andrea Lee and Paul DeRita; great-grandparents, Elizabeth Dean, Thomas (Pam) Werstler, Elsie DeRita, Deb VanMeter and Thomas Lee Sr.; aunt and uncles, Jesse Lee, Lisa DeRita and Justin DeRita; great-uncle, Mark Werstler; and other extended family and friends.
The family will greet friends from 2 to 3 Wednesday, in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls. A graveside service will follow immediately in Chestnut Hill Memorial Park with Father Neil Crosby officiating. In Lieu of other remembrances memorials may be made to the family C/O the funeral home.
