Marjorie Marie (Marks) Wolf

age 89, passed away Monday. Born Sept. 1, 1925 in Massillon she was a daughter to the late Bruce and Orpha Belle (Slayman) Marks and was a longtime resident. Marjorie was a Massillon Washington High School graduate where she was a three year majorette with the Tiger Swing Band, a member of the WHS Alumni and Band Alumni. She was a past member of the Eastern Star, member of the Christian Science Mother Church, Boston, Massachusetts, and First Church of Christ Scientist, Massillon, Ohio. In addition to her parents, Marjorie was preceded by her husband, John A. Wolf, Jr.;brothers, Dale, Dean, Robert, and Clifford Marks; and her sister, Kathryn (Marks) Emery. She is survived by her sons, John, Richard (Laurel), and Jerry Wolf; three grandchildren; and three great- grandchildren. There are no calling hours and per her wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life Service will be 7 p.m. Thursday at Atkinson Feucht Hare Funeral Home in Massillon with Reader Perry Ballinger officiating.
