Obituary for Christina L. Snyder
Christina L. Snyder, 97, of Punta Gorda, Florida, formerly of Mentor, passed away July 3, 2015 at her home in Florida. She was born January 10, 1918 in Westernport, Maryland. Mrs. Snyder was a homemaker and a member of Amvet''s Auxiliary Post #40 and North Mentor Centenary United Methodist Church. Survivors are her son, James E. (Christine) Snyder Jr. and Danny (Bonnie) Snyder; grandchildren, Jimmy, Steven (Julie), Melissa, Shelly and Danny Jr. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren and her niece Norma Wolford. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Snyder Sr.; and her parents Lloyd and Annie Bell Riggleman. Funeral service will be held 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Brunner Sanden Deitrick Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Mentor, OH 44060. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chesterland.
