Otha L. Robinson passed away June 24, 2015 at Akron General Medical Center after a brief illness surrounded by family.
She was born on April 19, 1927 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by parents, Henry and Gladys Dixon and son, Wayne Robinson. She retired from Western Reserve Hospital after 30 years of faithful service, her hobbies were fishing and reading her Bible.
She is survived by her daughter, Gladys (Nathaniel) Bozeman of Akron, Ohio; two sons, Henry (Kathleen) Robinson of Akron, Ohio and Veniore (Ruth) Robinson of Little Rock, Ark.; eight grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren, one great-great-great-granddaughter, with one on the way; special friends, Ms. Renea Davis, Ms. Barbara Griffin, and Ms. Lannie Whitfield; one special Goddaughter, Ms. Jewelene Banks; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
Homegoing service will be held at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, 1350 Virginia Ave., Akron, Ohio 44306 at 12 noon. Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of service, Rev. Clifton Norwood officiating. Interment will be held at Mt. Peace Cemetery. Procession will form and condolences can be sent to 85 W. Dalton Street, Akron, Ohio 44310.
