Obituary for William H Bowers
William was born on June 6, 1941, in Punxsutawney, Pa., the son of the late William D. and Evelyn (Sheesley) Bowers.
William had lived in Warren since 1994, and was formerly of Lake Milton and Punxsutawney. He was a tool and die fitter for Packard Electric for 40 years, retiring in 1999. He enjoyed western books and movies and traveling west to Utah and Wyoming.
Loving memories of William will be carried on by his daughters, Leasa (Devon) Beachley of Columbiana and Kristine (Eugene) Frankhouser of Salem; his son, William A. Bowers of Kapolei, Hawaii; sister Eleanor Wilson of Warren; and six grandchildren.
William was preceded in death by his parents.
Per William’s request, cremation has taken place and a private family burial will take place at a later time.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the James Funeral Home, 8 E. Broad St., Newton Falls.
