Lillie B (Stone) Maxwell passed away on May 28, 2015 in Dayton, Ohio following a brief illness, where she lived with her husband of 54 years , Bennie L. Maxwell.
She was born on December 8, 1934 in Decatur, Alabama to James and Willie Mae Stone.
In addition to her parents; she was preceded in her death by her brothers, C H Stone, Willie Stone, London Stone, Arthur Stone, Leon Stone and Hodges Stone.
Lillie will greatly be missed by her sisters, Cora (Stone) Hendricks, Ida (P Q) English and Christine Stone; and nieces, nephews, and a host of other families and friends.
Service will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Stewart and Calhoun Funeral Home, 529 W. Thornton St., Akron, OH. 44307. Service begins at 11 a.m., Dr. Diana Swoope eulogizing Friends may visit at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until time of service. Interment, Mt. Peace Cemetery.
