Robert H. Swartz, Jr.

59, of Perry Township, passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2015. He was born in Massillon on June 11, 1955 and was the son of the late Robert H. and Victoria (Maier) Swartz, Sr. His mother was the sister of the late Johnnie Maier, Sr., founder of the Massillon Fraternal Order of Police. He was a graduate of Massillon Washington High School and was a design engineer for Sonoco. Robert is survived by his brother, George Swartz; and his wife, Penny and their children Ashley, Kyle, Bridget and Shayne Swartz. A service to commemorate the life of Robert H. Swartz, Jr. will take place at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Dennis Coy officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
