Obituary for Jerry C Pobuda
Jerry Charles Pobuda, age 67, a two year resident of Tallmadge and former Chester Twp. resident, passed away Dec. 8. 2014, at his residence. He was born Oct. 30, 1947, in Cleveland. Jerry enjoyed woodworking and working on things mechanical. He retired in 2014 as a Test Facilities Specialist and Research Laboratory Mechanic for NASA, and former employer General Electric, after 21 years of service. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Pobuda; daughter, Sherri Gardner; son, Steven Pobuda; grandchildren, Charles Ventra, Lynda Ventra, Samantha Gardner, James Gardner, and Tyler Pobuda; great grandchild, Kendel Moran; stepchildren, Susan Summerhill, Barbara Lester, Consuelo Sindelar, and Joseph Cermak; and step-grandchildren, Daniel Summerhill, Emily Summerhill, Paige Baedke, Anthony Sindelar, Isabella Sindelar, Matthew Lengel, and Melissa Cermak . He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Pobuda; and mother, Clara Herman Pobuda.
