Obituary for Delores Cronan Branch Furfaro

Delores Furfaro, a 70 year old Ansonia resident passed away May 6. She was born April 13, 1945 in Derby, daughter of the late Daniel and Grace Schaeffer Cronan. Delores was a graduate of Ansonia High School class of ’62, she loved going out to dinner and the casino, and attended The Church of The Assumption in Ansonia. She leaves to cherish her memory her son Joseph Branch & his wife Diana of Ansonia, her daughter Sharon Pane of Shelton, fiancé Michael Bonavita of Ansonia, her brother Daniel Cronan of Largo, Florida, 3 grandchildren Daniel Pane & wife Jessica, and Karissa & Amanda Pane, 2 nieces, 2 nephews and her special feline friends Misty & Ginger. She was predeceased by her sister Helen Hyman. Funeral services will be held on Saturday May 9th at 10:30 a.m. at The Jenkins King & Malerba Funeral Home, 12 Franklin St. Ansonia, CT. (www.jenkinskingfh.com) Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. before the service.
