Obituary for Mary C. Stern
Mary Stern, 90, a long time resident of Wickliffe and Mentor, passed away Monday, April 13, 2015 at The Waterford at Richmond Heights Retirement Community. She was born in 1924. An avid golfer into her late 80s, Mary also enjoyed playing cards, baking, and senior excursions. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Jack and seven brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughters, Peggy (Jim) Tichy of Toledo, Barb (David) Bader of Lyndhurst, Nancy (Tom) Granger of Charlotte, N.C., and Jacci (Thom) Ruhe of Mentor; as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation with family and friends will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, April 17, 2015 at Orlando-Donsante Funeral Home, 29550 Euclid Avenue in Wickliffe.
