Obituary for Patricia Ann Smith
On August 1, 2014, Pat left this world to join her parents, Stan & Ida Carlson in heaven. She is survived by her husband Don, Daughters; Cathryn Bona-Spencer, Donna(Joe SR) Hovan and Lynn Landucci. Granny to Vinny Bona, Joey (Kendra) & Matt Hovan & Kristin & Danielle Landucci. Great-Grand Daughter Mylah Hovan. Her brother's Vic (Naomi) & Jim (Kathy) Carlson. Her Jack Russell Terrier, Angel & many nieces & nephews. She met Don when they were both teenagers & she was a model. This relationship lasted over 60 years.
At the Half Moon Bay Drag Strip, she and her good friend, Dorothy McLennan were the first persons you saw on arrival as they took your money in the ticket booth. In 1969 her first big vacation was with the McLennan's to Puerto Rico & the Virgin Islands. She enjoyed many nice trips to Monte Carlo, Bahamas, Hawaii, Europe & Nevada.
She has been a avid long time 49er fan since Kezar Stadium days, & attended the XX111 Super Bowl in Miami and sat on the 50 yard line behind the 49ers bench where she watched her favorite player Montana drive the team to a win over the Bengals in the final minutes. She will greatly missed by many.
