Obituary for Donald Slater
Donald E. Slater, 81, of Wickliffe, passed away Sunday, April 5, 2015.
He was born May 16, 1933.
Mr. Slater served in the United States Air Force. He was a machinest for Horsberg and Scott.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Carol (Babcock) Slater; son Scott Slater of Wickliffe, daughter Lori (husband Matthew) Mizak of Mentor; grandchildren, Nathaniel Mizak, Michael Weeks and Rachael Mizak; great grandchildren, Evan Weeks and Leaha.
A Funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 10, 2015 at Orlando-Donsante Funeral Home, Wickliffe.
The family will receive friends and celebrate the life of Don from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chester Township.
