Obituary for Louis Dinunzio
Lou was a proud U.S. Air Force veteran, where he earned the rank of airman first class and his military occupation was radar tech. He received the following decorations: the Good Conduct Medal and the National Defense Service Medal and received an honorable discharge on Aug. 14, 1954.Lou was a member of St. Christine Church, the Les Ami Du Vin Wine Association and the Carry Out Association of Youngstown. He enjoyed working on computers and socializing with all the customers.His wife, the former Freda Scoogins, whom he married April 8, 1953, at St. Dominic Church, died Sept. 1, 2003
Louis leaves to cherish his memories, four children, Richard (Kerri) DiNunzio of Poland, Keith “Randy” (Zelda) DiNunzio of Canfield, Jeffrey DiNunzio of Youngstown and Lisa (Ken) Smith of Maine; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren Louis was preceded in death by his parents and wife. Arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4700 Market St., Boardman .
