Obituary for Rosalie Ford

Rosalie (White) Ford was called home on March 13, 2015 She was born April 21, 1927 and was a lifetime resident of Akron. By profession, she was a STNA for over 20 years. She was a member of A-CAN and was also a part of the War Mothers Organization. Rosalie was a member of North Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Calvin and Myrtle White; husband, Edward "Eddie" Ford; brothers, Wallace White and Henry White; sisters, Wilhelmina Reddick, Imogene Heard, and Helen Meadows; beloved children, Ronald White Sr., and Sandra PowersShe leaves to cherish her memory, her loving children, Mary Sipp; son, Rickie White; and daughter-in-law, JoAnn White; grandchildren, Wesley White, Ronald White, Jr, Devin White, Tanika Fitch and Latasha Sipp; 16 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a host of loved onesSpecial thanks to her caregivers, Pat, Betty, Cris, and Stephanie Service will be held Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 12 Noon at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, 1241 Grant St., Akron, OH 44301, Reverend Curtis Minter officiating.
