Obituary for Salvatore S Travarca, Sr.
Salvatore S. Travarca Sr., age 89, passed away at his Wickliffe home on Feb. 15, 2015. He was born Feb. 2, 1926, in Cleveland. Mr. Travarca retired from Reliance Electric after 42 years of service. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Joyce; children, Salvatore S. Jr. (Debra Trimboli), Stephen A. and Mary Jane; granddaughter-in-law, Shelley; great grandchildren, Salvatore S. IV, Stephanie and Sydney. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Salvatore S. III. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Rd., Chester Twp. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, at the funeral home. Entombment will be at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to Hospice of The Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH 44110-2602. -
