Katherine I. Ayers
age 80, passed away on Jan. 12, 2015 in Jackson Township. She was born in North Canton, Ohio on Feb. 12, 1934 to James and Irene (Lecky) Ferguson. Katherine was a graduate of Jackson High School and was a member of St. Paul''s Catholic Church. She enjoyed helping people and was very involved with Agape Outreach. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Ayers in 1996; her parents; grandson, Matthew Arsena; and brothers, Kermit and Donald Ferguson. Katherine is survived by nine children; 26 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Carter; brother, Kenneth Ferguson; and many children of the heart. Friends and family may call from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 16, 2015 at Karlo- Libby Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Paul''s Catholic Church on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. with Fr. Jeffrey Stealey. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Park
