Carter age 54 of Willoughby will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 19, 2015, at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens, 11521 Chillicothe Rd., Chesterland (PLEASE MEET AT CHAPEL OF ETERNAL PEACE). Ms. Carter passed away January 15, 2015, in Willoughby. She was born September 22, 1960 in Euclid. She was an insurance agent. Survivors include her mother, Flora J. Sutphin of Mentor; father, Charles D. Carter of Eastlake; sister, Cathy (Jay) Parr of Georgia; brother, Charles D. Carter Jr. of Mentor; and survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Daniel J. Carter. Contributions may be made in care of the family. Arrangements entrusted to Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, Willoughby.
