Obituary for William E. Sass
William Edward Sass Sr., 73, of Madison since 1990, formerly of Chester Twp., passed away Dec. 16, 2014, at his residence. He was born Jan. 31, 1941, in Clearfield, PA. Mr. Sass retired from Lincoln Electric in 2002 after 37 years William was a former Chester Twp. Trustee for twelve years and loved hunting and fishing. William was the beloved husband of Carlene; loving father of Lorrie (Mike) Sass Benza, William Edward (Beverly) Sass Jr. and Stacey (Leonard) Richard; and devoted grandfather of Kyra, Samara and Michael Benza Jr., Nichole, Ashlie and Krissy Sass and Robert Richard. Visitation will be Friday, Dec. 19, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, Chester Twp. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, Dec. 20, at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
