Obituary for Carol Durda
Carol Durda, 73, lost her struggle with COPD on November 4, 2014, peacefully under the care of Hospice of the Western Reserve. Carol was a long time nurse for the elderly, a profession she held until just four years ago. In an effort to be remembered not for her last moments of illness or difficulties but for the joyous moments in between we invite family and friends to join us in the chapel at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens, 11521 Chillicothe RD., Chesterland, Ohio 44026, on Saturday November 8, 2014, at 12:00 p.m.. Come celebrate the woman that was a mother, companion and friend. Carol is mourned by her three children, Susan (Dr. Jeffrey) Edelman, Paul Durda and Diane (Dr. David) Keep; and her companion of twenty years, Emmanuel N''Dow. Her legacy is carried on by her five grandchildren, Jamie, Rachel and Alex Edelman and Lauren and Luke Keep.
