Obituary for Philip Aumann
Philip Conrad Aumann, 67, of Eastlake, passed away Thursday, October 23, 2014 in Willoughby. Born April 19, 1947 in Seattle, Wash., he was a former resident of Plain City, living the last 15 years in Eastlake. Philip was a U.S. Navy Veteran and a member of Bethel Lutheran Church. He was a Cleveland sports fan who loved reading, photography and American History. He was the beloved husband of Sandra J. (nee Sweet) for 44 years; loving father of Christine E. (Reverend Eric) Tritten and Philip N. (Jennifer); grandfather of Matthew, Richard, Kathryn, Philip, Elizabeth, Josiah and Lucy; son of Tillie (nee Roluffs); siblings, Richard (Pat) and Carol (Fred) Zimonja. He was preceded in death by his father, Reverend Richard C. Funeral will be held Monday, October 27th at 11:00 a.m. at Bethel Lutheran Church, 32410 Willowick Drive in Willowick. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. till the time of service also at the church. Burial will be at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
