Ruthe'' J. (Palmer) Schlosser 1934 - 2014 | Obituary | Condolences Ruthe'' J. (Palmer) Schlosser Obituary Ruthe'' J. (Palmer) Schlosser Ruthe'' J. (Palmer) Schlosser, 80, of Lancaster, passed away Friday, October 17, 2014. She was born January 26, 1934 in Akron, Ohio to the late John and Jean (Wilde) Palmer. She earned her BS in Education and her Master''s Degree at Ohio University. Ruthe'' was a 4th and 5th grade teacher at Berne Union from 1977 to 1999. She is survived by her devoted husband of 59 years, Larry E. Schlosser; children, Kim (Mark) McFadden, Tod Schlosser and Ray (Kendall) Schlosser; grandchildren, Rory McFadden, Keary (Danny) Sorgini, Russell McFadden, Dallas (Jesse) Lanier and Kendra Schlosser; great-grandchildren, Jude Lanier and Liam Sorgini. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Jean Hudson and Margaret Garforth. Friends may visit from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home. A brief graveside service and interment will be held on Thursday, 10/23/2014, 3 p.m. at Chestnut Hill Memorial Park, 2613 Sackett Ave., Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Friends and family are welcome to attend.
