David Lewis Miller passed away after battling illness in Arizona.
He spent many years in home health care. Recently, he completed certification to counsel /help the homeless and street kids. He was greatly respected by his church laity and his last time on earth was spent with dear friends, Brian and Kelly Malone.
He was preceded in death by parents, David L. Jr. and Marjorie A. Miller; grandparents, Paul C. and Ethel D. Keen, David L. Sr. and Reba Miller; and his uncle Don Keen.
He is survived by siblings, Carl, Dawn, Pamela (Keen), Bryan, Paula (Reeder), and their spouses. His children, Daniel and Amanda; nephews and nieces.
Service is at Ghent Christian Church, 4200 Granger Rd., Akron, OH 44333 Saturday, Oct. 4 at 10 a.m. Interment following at Mount Peace Cemetery, 183 Aqueduct St., Akron, OH 44303.
