Obituary for Lucy M Boxler
Funeral services for Lucy Mae (nee Jones) Boxler, 82, of Willowick, will be 11 a.m. Friday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby.
Mrs. Boxler passed away Monday, July 14, 2014, at her residence.
Born Sept. 19, 1931, in Johnstown, Pa., she had been a Lake County resident for 47 years, living in Willowick.
She was the loving mother of William J. (Julia) Boxler of Willoughby; cherished grandmother of Houston and Joey; sister of Edward Jones of California and Dorothy (Louis) Beebis of Johnstown, Pa.; sister-in-law of Kate Jones of Pittsburgh, Pa.; and aunt of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Walter P. "Bud" Boxler; parents, Houston and Laura (nee Hall) Jones; siblings, Elizabeth Hutlock and Buck Jones; sister-in-law, Sarah Jones; and brother-in-law, Nick Hutlock.
Family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chester Township.
