Ethel Bowden, 104, went home to be the Lord on May 2, 2014.
She was born on June 17, 1909 to William Jones and Jessie Wiseman.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her loving husband, Turney Bowden; one brother and three sisters.
She leaves to cherish her loving memory nephews, Elder Gilbert (Brenda) Jones, and Reginald (Ella) Jones; nieces, JoEllen White, and Esther Joyce Jones; and a host of great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
Home going celebration will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Rhoden Memorial Home, 1101 Palmetto Ave. Elder Gilbert Jones, Officiating and Pastor Ayuba Maigari, eulogizing. Condolences may be sent to 756 E. Rice Street, Alliance, Ohio 44601
